How do you use olaplex?

Apply the Olaplex No.4P to damp hair. Leave the silver shampoo on for 1 to 3 minutes. We recommend starting with 1 minute and building it up from here. Then rinse the shampoo thoroughly. Then use the Olaplex No.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner or the No.8 Bond Intense Moisture Mask for extra hydration.

You can combine the No.4P silver shampoo with the No.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo, use the No.4 Shampoo as a pre-wash to remove product residues. After shampooing, use the No.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner.
